Are you ready?

• Address customer needs and provide a good flight experience organization.
• Organize/coordinate catering for flights.
• Establish and maintain relationships with catering suppliers.
• Track warehouse stock.
• Inflight stock supply to aircraft.
• Upload necessary information regarding the flight on the required database.
• Follow the company operating systems and procedures.
• Looking for new ideas on improving service (customer experience) on board.
• Send post flight reviews and keep them in database.

Do you have what it takes?

• Understanding what customer experience in aviation is, would be advantage.
• Appreciation and understanding of various customer demographics, psychographics and cultural diversity and interpersonal styles.
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability.
• Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team.
