KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT maintenance project management - replacements and roll-out of IT hardware (cross department communication, issue solving)
• IT purchasing tender's administration
• Daily procurement management - ordering, distribution
• Coordinate third parties/vendors for the successful execution of strategy and/or IT maintenance projects
• Communication with partners regarding daily operations
• Invoice management
• IT procurement and maintenance continuous improvement
• Support of development of IT maintenance procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• Intermediate level of knowledge in computer hardware and technology
• 1-2 years of experiences in purchasing/procurement
• Good negotiation Skills
• Very good English skills
• Advantages if previously worked in dealing with various suppliers, including international firms
