Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (GERMAN B1)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
Coordinate between stakeholders i.e. commercial, operational planning, site operations, third-party terminals and similar upon necessity
Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve supply chain related processes
Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities
Be a role model of Yaras culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

Fluent/native in English
Good German language skills (Level B1 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain
Eligible to work in Lithuania

Salary range

We offer salary from 1850 Eur to 2568 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included) Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
