Project

You will be a person responsible for infrastructure, servers and network equipment, documentation and maintenance.

Work

Your main tasks would include technical support for colleagues experiencing hardware, software and networking issues, as well as ordering required equipment and communicating with service providers.

We are looking for a person who would have similar previous experience as well as:

Understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
Familiarity with network infrastructure and operations
Strong problem-solving skills and good communications skills
A team player who can also work independently
A detail-oriented, analytical mindset
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of Linux (a plus)
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (a plus)
