About you:

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for branding and creative strategy?

We are looking for a Chief Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team, shape brand identities, and drive innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.

What We Expect From You:

Proven success in a leadership role within advertising or marketing.
Experience in brand identity development and management.
Strategic expertise in brand positioning (an advantage).
Higher education in management, marketing, or communications.
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Valid drivers license.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Team leadership and task delegation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibility, independence, self-confidence, and result orientation.

What You Will Do:

Organize and contribute to brand positioning strategy development.
Lead the creative team of designers: review layouts, suggest improvements, and approve final versions.
Participate in the selection and implementation of communication tools (briefs, campaign concepts, execution of communication strategies).
Ensure adherence to brand book guidelines, update them as needed, and implement them across various projects.
Collaborate with external partners on all creative solutions.
Supervise and participate in creative campaign execution (photoshoots, filming, etc.).
Develop and oversee publication concepts and visual identity projects.
Work on content visual identity (social media content execution, tool implementation, final output evaluation).
Engage in creative tasks for store openings or redesign projects.
Contribute to the creative processes of the companys private label brands.
Prepare and manage the creative teams budget.
Initiate and oversee brand advertising research with external partners.
Participate in creative activities related to other internal company projects.
