The exclusive distributor of Under Armour in the CEE region is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to develop and expand our online business across the Baltic markets. This role can be based either in our Prague headquarters or in one of the major cities within the Baltics. You will play a key role in advancing our mission to make athletes better by delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience.

 ·       Help to develop Under Armours brand and sales activities across the Baltic markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), with full accountability for performance and local execution with strong support from CEE office.

·       Drive both online and offline marketing initiatives in the Baltics, tailored to consumer behavior and regional dynamics.

·       Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Baltic market (sports clubs, fitness centers and sports organizations).

·       Localize and coordinate digital marketing activities including performance (PPC, SEO, affiliate) and brand campaigns together with CEE online marketing team.

·       Find, contact, and maintain relationships with the relevant influencers and athletes.

·       Optimize the local product catalog and ensure accurate and relevant content localization, including translations, visuals, newsletters, and seasonal campaigns.

·       Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs, conversion performance, and user experience to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

·       Conduct data-driven analyses on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable plans.

·       Track competitor activity and broader e-commerce and consumer trends in the Baltic region to stay ahead of the curve.

·       Actively participate in cross-market e-commerce projects within the broader CEE region, sharing best practices and scaling success.

·       Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive and innovative approach to identifying business opportunities and driving growth and opening new partnerships.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with retail, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and other departments to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers in Baltics region.

·       Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, customer behaviors, and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments (Excel, Power BI, GA4)

·       Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills in English, proficiency in other CEE languages is a plus.

·       Ownership: Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a strong business approach and proactively advocating for the interests of the assigned region

·       Market sensitivity: Knowledge of the Baltic markets or direct e-commerce experience in the region is an advantage

Business experience: Previous experience in sports industry, e-commerce or digital marketing is advantage but not mandatory. A great opportunity also for ambitious and super talented graduates eager to kick-start their career with a global sports brand.
