• Experience, with sales/relationship management/account management (experience in the IT sector would be an advantage)
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation
• Able to take full ownership and responsibility for work
• Excellent collaboration, communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages
• Computer proficiency

• Take responsibility for document management – prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
• Assist for sales and account managers team on daily sales tasks
• Organize meetings with the clients and other business events
• Handle incoming inquiries and service the needs of existing and new clients’ requests
• Collaborate with technical staff in order to prepare materials for public tenders and proposals
• Manage the process when projects involve different delivery partners or competency units' resources

• Develop your skills in workshops, conferences, and other professional activities
• Flexibility in choosing your working hours

• Ability to work from a different location – we have 3 offices (2 in Vilnius and 1 in Kaunas)
