We, the Process Delivery Centre of Excellence, are looking for a process improvement professional to join our ranks. Positioned in Danske Banks Strategy Execution and Business Controls unit, you would be working alongside like-minded people to assist operations managers of all seniority levels to improve how they run their teams processes.
The Process Delivery CoE is Danske Banks internal consultancy organization tasked with organization-wide process improvement. Our consultants work within operations units and agile tribes to provide expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, work standardization and performance management.
Your work location will be in the Vilnius office. You might be asked to travel periodically to one of Danske Banks offices in Scandinavia or Northern Ireland.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role, which can be any of the following:
- Consultant working with operations staff and SME on smaller projects or project work streams
- Senior consultant working with 1st line leaders in projects of different complexity
- Chief Consultant working with leaders of medium seniority and running process improvement projects
- Principal Consultant working with senior level managers, developing process improvement methods, running programme level initiatives
You will:
- Apply different problem-solving methods and associated tools to assist leaders grasp the causes of operations problems
- Help leaders redesign their operations processes to remove waste and improve quality and efficiency
- Deliver training to enhance leaders operations management and problem-solving capabilities
- Create and/or tailor improvement programs to account for the different leaders levels of maturity and type of work
- Scope and run a variety of improvement projects
- Motivate leaders and employees to engage in Lean thinking and adopt a problem-solving mind-set
About you:
- Experience in business operations or production management or process improvement consulting
- Experience/knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques Kaizen, VSM, TWI Job instruction, six Sigma is required for more senior consultant levels
- Previous experience with delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching services
- The proven skill of eliminating waste from processes
- Solid problem-solving thinking
- Proven experience in creating lasting change in an area/department
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2320 EUR to 3480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
