In this unique global role, you will be part of our Auditors team responsible for internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform audit planning and testing, with appropriate supervision over various process areas, and timely completion of associated work papers.

  • Communicate relevant observations to key stakeholders and preparing structured reports detailing the results of testing performed.

  • Work with business leaders to obtain issue updates and track issue remediation deliverable dates.

  • Work closely with the Internal Audit Data Analytics team to develop testing strategies, highlight possible data analytics opportunities, and drive efficiencies in testing.

  • Collaborate with business partners to balance business strategy with risk management controls.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with limited oversight.

  • Professional, enthusiastic, and results focused individual with a proactive approach, sound judgment, and detail oriented.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills to concisely convey results identified from testing.

  • A strong understanding and experience of testing internal controls.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and being able to positively function within in a team-oriented environment, as well as establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally.

  • Degree in Accounting, Business or Legal would be an advantage.

  • Experience in audit or a related controls environment field, ideally in a large multinational company would be an advantage.

  • Prior involvement with independent (external) reviews would be an advantage.

  • A strong understanding and experience of testing internal controls would be an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2283 3541 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
