Market Intelligence Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing pricing strategy to drive the growth and profitability in prescribed regions.
• Creating and maintaining pricing strategy of the products and respective tenders and spot offers.
• Product development: join vendor meetings, input to sourcing, operational design, implementation, create business cases for new products.
• Assists Sales team in negotiations with key customers, pricing strategy implementation support.
• Factual data analysis and interpretation to understand the impact on profitability, turnover and km assessment and make the best recommendations for business efficiency.
• Market mapping, competitive environment evaluation, inland strategy, corridor optimization, target customer insights, pricing strategy.
• Developing pricing procedures and provide input into establishment of pricing policy.
• Using available industry tools to identify potential customers and segments for the business.

• Fosters client loyalty through creating pricing models to maintain and grow customer base.

Our expectations

• Bachelors degree, ideally MBA desired (Transport, Logistics, Engineering, Business or Economics).
• Minimum 4 years experience in Trade Marketing or commercial function, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Commercial mindset and deep knowledge of Inland transportation, preferably in Western Europe.
• Very strong and proven financial analytical and modelling skills.
• Proven sound business judgment and ability to set direction and establish priorities for medium/long term objectives consistent with Logistics & Services global strategies.
• Ability to manage complexity and promote simplification.
• Proven experience in multiple stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
