Project Manager

I am Auksė Vaškevičienė and I am leading one of the Project Management Office teams at Telia Lietuva. I am  looking to bring in another Project Manager to help us out with all the exciting work we do!

Your next challenge?

- Manage business and technological initiatives based on the organizations guidelines and in alignment with global standards.
- Work in a mixed environment with best bits from Scaled Agile Framework and classical project management frameworks.
- Use formal processes and tools to secure and manage resources, as well as budgets, timelines, risks and changes.
- Effective communication with delivery teams and stakeholders to build a consensus in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Actively participate in professional knowledge sharing activities.

Who are you?

You are fluent in Lithuanian and English with good communication skills, enjoy teamwork and dynamic job environment. A passion to deliver best project results is a must.

Your personality:

- Foster a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment to the work;
- Can address customer needs and have proven capabilities to motivate, manage and develop teams;
- Open to different point of views, job backgrounds and personalities;
- Self-motivated and independent, able to mentor colleagues with lesser experience.

Your experience:

- Have a university degree;
- Have 3-5 years working experience as a project manager in IT and/or telecommunications area, managing projects with medium to high complexity;
- Can operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure;
- Can organize work in situations with ambiguities.

We offer a monthly base salary from 2,700 Eur (gross) to 4,100 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides, Telia has additional employee benefit package for each employee, which includes:
