What you will do:
• Be the customer ambassador
• Onboard customers onto the Nasdaq Risk Platforms
• Be the business domain specialist and troubleshoot issues
• Cooperate with the Product Team by delivering feedback and expectations from clients and ensuring strategy and execution alignment
• Liaise with customers, developers, and test teams to deliver high-quality releases Manage Incidents
Who we are looking for:
• Few years of experience in a similar position
• Customer-focused with communication and relation-building skills
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Helpful personality - being there for our clients and your teammates
• Appetite for learning and growing and with the ambition to develop your technical knowledge
Nice to have:
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in information technology, Software engineering, Business Information Systems, or other relevant education/certification
• Work experience in finance, banking, or insurance
• Know the Agile concept and software development life-cycle
• Technical skills e.g. Unix/Linux/Cloud/MySQL/Kafka/Kubernetes
