Job description:
- Continuously developing, implementing, maintaining and improving the independent Compliance Monitoring System of the Airline;
- Analyzing trends and statistics, providing periodic reports of Compliance Monitoring System performance;
- Preparing and presenting the statistical data and publication regarding the SAFA/SACA ratio status of the Airline and identifying significant trends as repetitive findings from SAFA/SACA;
- Organizing and performing internal and external compliance audits and inspections;
- Ensuring national aviation regulations are observed and implemented appropriately;
- Liaising with competent CAA aviation authority;
- Performing the assessment of internal auditors;
- Ensuring evaluation and risk assessment of findings and hazards identification through the Compliance Monitoring program;
- Monitoring follow-up on corrective and preventive actions of non-conformities and recommendations;
- Check continuing airworthiness management personnel qualification;
- Ensuring cooperation with other departments the prerequisites for the continued validity of company approvals;
- Assessment and monitoring of third-party contracted (or sub-contracted) service providers and suppliers to ensure standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Avionic or other;
- 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position;
- Previous holder of EASA Form 4 approval is an advantage;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of EASA regulations including Part-M, Part CAMO, Part-145;
- Knowledge of auditing techniques including planning, conducting and reporting is an advantage;
- Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners and authorities;
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative;
- Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).
