Responsibilities:
• Implement HR programs in alignment with HR strategy through assigned organization providing advice and service to Managers and Associates
• Act as a resource to identify HR related issues and recommend solutions that support the organization and enhance business goals
• Develop and implement processes to continually improve the quality of HR services and programs
• Be responsible for KPI update and other reporting
• Advice, support, and counsel all levels of Management and Associates as they relate to Associate relations and performance issues
• Advice and counsel the Management in legal cases in cooperation with local& global legal council
• Initiate organization development and change management projects, working with a company-wide environment for employees
• Participate in the hiring process and support the recruitment function
• Plan needed resources based on business needs
• Maintain a budget within defined parameters in meeting the needs of the organization
• Initiate and organize associates survey; analyze results and take actions
• Support, develop and implement various local & global processes and projects:
• Reward and recognition programs for Associates
• Associates succession planning process
• Associates induction process in the organization
• HR policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of similar work experience in HR department
• Bachelors Degree in business, management, administration, or related field is required
• Work experience in a manufacturing and international company environment is preferred
• Very good Labor law knowledge
• Hands-on experience with at least several of the following practices: leadership development, performance management, and succession planning, people engagement, and/or change management
• Ability to build relationships, influence, and gain commitment of business stakeholders, and provide guidance, drive change, and produce results through others
• Analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, organization skills, project planning
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages and possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
