Currently we are looking for a Payment Expert to join our team in Vilnius!

Right now, we offer you an opportunity to try-out your experience by managing all aspects of payment process as Payment Expert – from providing convenient payment methods to our customers to ensuring correct payment allocation process. You would have a great chance to participate in projects and daily activities to optimize payment process, reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.

We work in Customer Finance department closely cooperating with other Finance, B2X and IT teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Payment strategy creation, management, and optimization
• E2E payment process support
• Participation in Transformation and other payment and usage limit related projects
• Creating/updating, monitoring, and reporting on relevant KPIs (payment methods, payment channels, etc.)
• Working closely with various business and IT colleagues
• Cooperation with payment service providers

You are interested in payment area and are keen to keep high KPIs. You value customer experience and seek for process simplification and automation. You see a big picture and are not afraid of changing processes. At the same time, you pay attention to details and enjoy analyzing big amount of data.

In case you have worked within payment area, have excellent Excel skills and are willing to improve Payment process – we are ready to support you in your next career step.

• Analytical (ability to analyze large volumes of data) & self-driven

Your Experience:

• > 1y. of experience within payment area or >2y. of experience in similar relevant field (Finance, Business Control, etc.)
• Experience in process change/automation
• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or similar (advantage)
• Good knowledge of SAP (advantage)
• Strong skills working with ERP systems & Excel (pivot, vlookup, if, etc.)
• Fluency in English & Lithuanian languages (written & spoken)

Working in this position you will receive a monthly salary based on your competence & experience 2300-2900 Eur/month (gross).
