As a Team Manager in our Data Warehouse Engineering Guild, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of technical experts. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

- Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

- Mentoring and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation to meet project demands effectively.
- Process Improvement: Responsible for process development, improvement and governance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Analytical Thinking: An understanding of data and its importance in business decision-making is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead in a dynamic environment.
