Job Description

Manage and develop IT Infrastructure team;
Ensure smooth Infrastructure operations within EBV Finance;
Take good care of all IT environments including Service Desk operation, asset management, contracts;
Secure proactive and efficient way of working;
Plan and control Local network administration;
Prepare, execute and follow-up security policies;
Responsible for support service including business app availability, reported client issues form customer services, Edenred employee issues, trouble shooting for the issues;
Follow-up Infrastructure and IT Operation SLAs and important monitoring alerts;
Understand Local Business Units strategy, roadmaps, requirements;
Translate these Business Units requirements into Infrastructure request, projects, and transformations;
Manage Infrastructure projects;
Contribute to Infrastructure global projects deployment in BU with a specific focus on legacy and security transformation projects;
Develop and publish regular dashboards and KPIs to all BUs and GT stakeholders (Zone and Region Directors, Local IT Director, Corporate functions);
Cooperate closely with all other Infrastructure teams (CEE Infra Teams) and GT teams (Architecture, Front/Middle/Back Office applications, Security, PMO and Finance);
Continuously develop service improvements and new functionalities;
Ensure fluent communication between IT Infrastructure team and other units.

Requirements

2 years minimum of professional experience in Infrastructure management;
Experience of internal support for employees (managing incidents, the operating systems and network related issues) or external support for client issues;
Experience of Windows Servers, O365;
3rd party & Tech. vendor management;
Project management skills;
Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel;
Appetites for digital and technology;
Fluent in English.
