Would you like to be a part of the largest listed company on the Nasdaq Baltic stock exchange? We are looking for a colleague to join our Investor Relations team to be responsible for the financial communications, announced to more than 20 thousand Ignitis Group institutional and retail investors, and initiatives that shape our shareholder base. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage Ignitis Group's external quarterly reporting process (interim and annual reports, earnings releases, presentations, and other investor related materials)
- Develop key investment messages and draft communications, prepare conference call scripts, Q&A, and other materials;
- Lead workstreams with equity research analysts and other external stakeholders queries
- Organise investor related events (e.g., roadshows, earnings calls, analyst/investor days, site visits, general meetings of shareholders) in collaboration with other teams and support executives
- Develop and implement investor relations programs to support the growth of shareholder base
- Undertake benchmarking, and overview of best practices to assess Ignitis Group performance, market positioning, and investor sentiment;
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practice in relation to investor relations, ensuring compliance, and proactively suggesting improvements
- Carry out ad hoc analysis and presentations;
- Lead the preparation of annual and interim reports for Ignitis Group subsidiaries
- Manage Ignitis Group investor relations website
- Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience (financial analysis, reporting, or related fields)
- Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional team environment while adhering to stringent deadlines
- Have analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and a best practice attitude
- Have exceptional communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written), including the ability to distil complex information into clear and compelling messages
- Have a sense of urgency, be comfortable taking ownership and leading through others, and take responsibility for their own work
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
