Professional services development division provides custom development and operations for wide variety of customers in Northern Europe, Scandinavia including Lithuania and ATEA group. We are recognized partner of UiPath and support our customer from identifying processes to be automated, to implementation and operations of the robots. Our main focus is providing robotic process automation (RPA) development and operation services to automate routine tasks that are performed by our customers. This varies from manual work automation such as filling invoices, to integrations where robots are utilized as a service bus.

Along with it we provide our customers with custom development services in order to deliver quality software products. We support our customers starting from project management and analysis, finishing with development and testing activities. Developing web, desktop and mobile applications, we utilize latest technologies both on premises and on cloud, mainly focusing on Microsoft family products such as Azure, .NET core, Power platform. Operating in social security, health, logistics, law and other sectors enabled us accumulate a lot of domain knowledge, suggest and design the best solutions according to our customers needs.

Joining Professional services development division you will be a part of a team consisting of 10+ certified professionals (developers, analysts). We are currently in process of expanding both RPA and custom development teams to meet increased demand of automation and digitalization. Your role as a system analyst will be working closely with internal and external developers, consultants, to implement their requirements, support already built solutions and develop new solutions working closely with your colleagues as well as our customers. You will:

Communicate with customers to understand their business needs and requirements to find the right solution.

Analyze and systematize technical requirements, data maps, diagrams in order to present them to the team and the client.

Examine existing systems and develop specifications for new or modified systems.

Own the product vision and roadmap for the retail software portfolio with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.

Managing product backlog, planning, and coordination of the development process.

Work experience as a system analyst, IT analyst or similar role at least 2 years.

Teamwork experience at least 1 year.

Knowledge and practice in preparing functional/non-functional requirements, use case models and process flow diagrams.

Understanding of software development lifecycle.

Ability to prepare documentation.

Communication skills.

Good Lithuanian and English language skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

It would be beneficial if you:

Have practical work experience in communicating with clients on issues of information systems development.

Study or have Bachelor's degree in Software Development or any other related IT field.
