Requirements:

Experience in a similar position in the field of support for at least 3 years, managing a team;
Experience in Fintech and/or financial institutions;
Higher Education;
Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
Knowledge of the crypto industry - blockchain networks, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, understanding of tools and crypto services;

Job description:

Regular operational management of the support team;
Defining key metrics for the department and cascading to the team;
Building and scaling processes within the department, implementation of cross-team projects; Provide reporting and build an analytics system for the effective development of the department;
Supervise the implementation of the referral strategy; Audit processes (optimize and automate processes when external and internal factors change); Develop existing managers and onboard new employees.
