What is needed in this role:

• Proven experience in driving innovation initiatives and creating a culture of innovation within a complex organization

• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.

• Passion for emerging technologies, trends, and disruptive business models.

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments and foster teamwork and creativity.

• Demonstrated project management experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages.
