We are inviting applications for the position of Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the company's global sales objectives, spanning 50+ countries.
  • Engage in negotiations and communication with prominent industry leaders.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Seek out and analyze new market opportunities, including the identification of new strategic directions.
  • Lead and inspire the business development and Sales Teams (KAM, Support, Team Leads, SDRs, LRSs).
  • Foster team development and motivation within the sales department.
  • Oversee the sales process, leveraging a CRM system.
  • Manage pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate and network with the company's strategic and potential partners, including the establishment, maintenance, and growth of long-term relationships.
  • Develop a strategy for the introduction of new products and services while monitoring the progress of existing and new offerings.
  • Ensure consistent growth in performance metrics, including the achievement of shareholder-defined objectives.
  • Supervise and enforce commercial contracts.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • A robust track record of 5+ years of successful experience in active sales and management (experience in biotechnology, chemistry, agricultural segments, or Fortune 500 sales is highly advantageous).
  • The ability to represent the company effectively as a compelling and influential leader.
  • The courage to shoulder responsibility with a strategic decision-making approach, coupled with the capacity to justify long-term decisions soundly.
  • Successful experience in negotiating with strategic partners.
  • Profound knowledge of B2B sales processes (ICP, sales funnels, lead generation, KAM, deal flows), CRM, and team management.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional foreign language skills are a significant advantage).
  • A willingness to travel, including within the EU, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
