Job description
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with customized alternative solutions;
- Supporting customers throughout their entire user journey – from onboarding to active product usage.
- Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of Watalook;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing valuable customer insights and needs;
- Consultation on additional products and clarification of customer needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Swedish languages (at least B2 levels);
- Experience working with clients and understanding their needs;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly;
- Familiarity with beauty industry would be an advantage.
