I am Natalija Krakienė, and I am leading Accounts Payable and SIF Process Experts team at Telia Global Services Lithuania. Right now, I am looking for Supplier Invoice Financing (SIF) Process Expert to join our team in Vilnius to continue to drive, develop, and improve SIF processes.

Supplier Invoice Financing/Factoring is a form of financing that helps company release cash flow. Supplier Invoice Financing (SIF) solution is a setup where supplier can sell their invoices to the bank and get paid within seven days from invoicing. In this position you will be working in close collaboration with Accounts Payable team. You will help us continue to develop SIF processes with Telia and strive to improve existing processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Implementing SIF
• Analyzing and clarifying existing P2P process with business stakeholders
• Analyzing data through business systems
• Facilitating and coordinating meetings with business stakeholders, banks, suppliers
• Coordinating smooth work between banks and supplier during SIF implementation
• Optimizing SIF business process
• SIF reporting/monitoring
• Issue management.

Your personality:

• A team-player confident to make independent decisions in the area of responsibilities 
• Proficient time planning skills, focus on priorities and orientation to details
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical problem solver
• Good self-leadership skills with teamwork spirit.

Your skills and experience:

• >1 years of experience in accounting or Finance area,  preferable from an international company
• Understanding of respective processes dependencies & relationships
• Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Solid English language skills (B2 and above, written and spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (advantage).
