You will be a part of IT service management division management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Security Operations Center.

Short term: You will start by working closely with the product development team on refining our cybersecurity offering from a technical solutions perspective, deciding which vendors, technologies, and tools to work with, building  service roadmaps, planning competencies needed to provide and grow the service, develop plans, and procedures for security incidents, threat assessment and proactive threat hunting,  coordinate work of SOC team.

Long term: Your goals will revolve around ensuring the continuous supervision and enhancement of our SOC's technical capabilities, making certain that our security solutions remain agile and responsive to evolving cyber threats while meeting the dynamic needs of our local market. As well you will also get end to end responsibility and control for all cybersecurity services we are providing for Telia customers.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSA, CEH, or similar are an advantage.

• Competence in Linux and Windows security hardening and logging

• Competence in Networking security with a focus on Firewalls, IPS, IDS, and proxies.

• Experience with Cybersecurity systems e.g. SIEM, CSPM, Vulnerability Management scanning systems, SOAR (Automation tools), etc.

• A proven track record in technical security operations and management within a SOC would be an advantage.

• Experience in developing and implementing security processes, and ensuring security tools are effectively utilized.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with known and potential vulnerabilities.

• Have experience presenting the solutions in the architecture and technical communities and to Business stakeholders.
