Your job is to take care of our B2B customers and drive them as partial IT manager. This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, IT demand management, and customer relationships. You will spend a lot of time on your own, talking to customers, but you will have a lot of back-up from IT operational support teams and their leaders. Your primary focus is a positive customer experience of IT services ensuring smooth Customer IT infrastructure changes and continual service improvements of provided IT services.

This could be achieved by close collaboration with internal IT support teams and their leaders, constantly providing suggestions for service improvements, coordinating change implementations, proactively recognizing and resolving service delivery issues, professional service review management, and client IT roadmap ownership.

I am looking for a person who has experience in Service Delivery management in a demanding and complex environment, is a quick learner and forward-thinker, ambitious enough to go beyond expectations.

You are a person who knows theres no excuse for missed availability targets, outages, or unresolved problems. I expect you to adhere to the following requirements:

· Experience in IT Service Delivery Management;

· ITIL foundation;

· ITIL intermedia level competence would be beneficial;

· Have good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues;

· Positive attitude, high motivation, and problem-solving skillset;

· Have at least 3 years working experience in IT/Telco services;

· Good understanding of IT and business processes;

· Have a Bachelor's degree in IT or telecommunications field;

· Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);

We offer a monthly base salary from 2300 Eur (gross) to 3400 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
