We are seeking a technical designer to join our team as a designer to work with BannerFlow and Adobe platforms. In this role, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and effective digital advertisements and banners using the BannerFlow and Adobe platforms. No prior experience with BannerFlow is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are comfortable using the platform.

The area of responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Design and create marketing materials. Develop eye-catching and engaging digital marketing materials for various campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and media teams to understand the project requirements and objectives.
• BannerFlow or Adobe. Utilize your knowledge of platforms to create engaging and optimized designs for various online platforms.
• Visual consistency. Ensure brand consistency in all designs and brand guidelines.
• Modify and optimize existing design assets for different ad sizes and formats.
• Testing and optimization. Participate in A/B testing and offer design insights for optimizing ad performance.

Your personal competencies:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or digital designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving
• Strongly driven and independent, as well as a good team player
• Customer focused

Your Experience:

• Experience in designing for various online platforms, including social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Optional: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for banner ad coding (not mandatory but a plus).

Working in this position, you will receive a monthly base salary based on your competence and experience of 1500–2200 EUR (gross).
