As a member of the Baltic Communication Group, you will be leading and coordinating the banks internal communication activities in Lithuania and work together with other teams to ensure efficient communication and engagement within the organization. The offered position is a maternity cover based on a temporary contract but with opportunity after showcasing great results to stay in the company beyond term end date.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement internal communication activities (local and pan-Baltic)
• Support Luminor senior management in internal communication
• Lead and co-ordinate the management and development of internal communication channels and tools, including contributing to the content
• Work closely with People&Culture team in planning and implementing events and initiatives to support employee engagement
• Lead internal communication and engagement projects
• Prepare and carry out internal surveys and communication analysis

Skills and experience:

• University degree in Communications, Media, Social Sciences or similar
• Professional level of English (written/spoken)
• Fluent in Lithuanian 
• Excellent writing skills
• Project management skills
• At least 3 years as Internal Communication or PR managerAbility to perform well in diverse and dynamic teams, ready to work in change environment
• Outstanding experience in internal communication, corporate communication, change communication and working with different technological communication tools

The position is non-permanent to replace a colleague on temporary leave.
