Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (FRENCH-SPEAKING)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that increase customer satisfaction
Take full ownership of the customer journey by actively identifying and resolving issues, communicating solutions, and following up on daily tasks
Manage the logistical aspects of operations and handle billing documents, returns, quality complaints, and diversion cases
Be a role model of Yaras culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

Fluent/native in English
Good French language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 1810 Eur to 2506 Eur/month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
