Business Development Executive
Maplegate Homes Ltd is a UK based development company based in Canterbury. We build around 30 homes to a high quality.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop a network of contracts to attract new clients
- Project manage developments and support the team in all aspects.
- Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Designers, Agents, Builders and Clients.
- Research new marketing opportunities.
- Making Sales projections and forecasting revenues.
- Ordering materials and managing delivery of stock.
- Building Strategic Partnerships.
- Developing plans and setting goals for revenue growth.
We expect from you:
- Trust and Honesty as it is the key to any successful relationship.
- Candidate has to be well educated, dynamic, innovative, challenging and IT competent.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Pays attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
- Working on your own initiative.
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
The company offers you:
- Starting salary €29 300 to €40 800 per year, depending on experience. After the trial period a bonus will apply depending on performance.
- Assistance can be provided in regards to accommodation.
- All necessary training will be incorporated in the job.
