Responsibilities

As HR, you'll be responsible for planning and execution of local HR strategy in line with direction set by YEU HR and EBS Head. This role involves taking a leadership position with a direct impact on HR processes, work councils, and continuous improvement within YEU HR.

Advise local management on people-related matters and manage local work councils and unions.
Contribute insights to the HR community, supporting continuous improvement.
Conduct workforce planning and gap analysis aligned with strategic goals.
Participate in employer branding and execute local initiatives.
Assist in candidate interviews, finalize recruitment processes following regional standards.
Plan and execute local and technical onboardings and performance calibration sessions.
Drive initiatives for engagement and support employee survey processes.
Manage local ethics, compliance investigations, disciplinary actions, and relations with work councils/unions.
Oversee local payroll resources, serving as the point of contact with the outsourcing vendor.
Collaborate with Regional HR Operations to uphold governance standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with Business Unit directives, particularly in areas like Compensation & Benefits, Ethics, and Compliance.
Collaborate with HESQ to drive local initiatives related to health.
Take charge of overseeing and managing office facilities, ensuring the creation and maintenance of a secure, productive, and well-functioning workspace for all employees.

Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR business partnering roles, specializing in plant operations and workforce management.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes, tools, and best practices, preferably in manufacturing or industry.
Local Insight: Integral part of local management, adept at translating business needs into effective HR strategies. Possesses knowledge in labor law and disciplinary procedures.
Language Skills: Proficient in Lithuanian and English.

Salary range

We offer salary from 4120 Eur to 6100 Eur/month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competencies)
