Strategic Sourcing Manager (Third Party Professional Services) – Vilnius, Lithuania

Role Responsibilities
Develop category strategies which outline and define the markets and supply strategy to assist Business Units decision makers on the appropriate sourcing methodologies based on market conditions, regulatory/compliance requirements, risk potential and cost components.
Conduct supplier negotiations including drafting and executing contracts, negotiating pricing, mitigating risk with a focus on relevant regulatory statutes governing Global Data Protection and consumer privacy, monitoring unit cost reduction performance and management of supplier relationships along with creating savings and risk mitigation opportunities for the company.
Network across Western Union globally. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop sourcing and contracting strategies which help support their business.
Identify opportunities for increased contract management controls, competitive bidding, smarter supplier relationships and more efficient processes.
Manage robust supplier selection processes using market analysis, concise Request for Proposals, with a data driven approach utilizing sourcing best practices.
Work globally with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Procurement, internal business units and other appropriate groups to determine areas of opportunity for process improvement, aggregation of purchases, total cost reduction, risk mitigation, global consumer privacy protections, data security, etc.
Deliver cost savings and cost avoidance annually.
Role Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement/Strategic Sourcing and contract management.
Third Party Labor Professional Services category expertise is essential to this role.
Experience in supplier sourcing and contract management on a global scale.
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is essential for this role.
Proven ability of influencing skill and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.
Quick learner with interest in understanding and applying global supplier best practices.
Proven communication and presentation skills.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 3250 – 5167 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
