We are looking for a new member of our team - an experienced AML specialist for ODD process.

-       Undertake research, documents checks, and financial crime risk assessment via internal and external sources;

-       Verify clients personal documents and KYC questionnaires;

-       Prepare reports related to your findings;

-       Provide guidance and assistance to internal business relationship managers in communication with clients regarding ongoing due diligence process;

-       Assure the continuous identification (KYC) process of new and existing clients and ensure all documents submitted for review are in line with internal policies;

-       Monitor and implement international sanctions and restrictive measures;

-       Detect and report suspicious activity including the predicate offences to MLRO;

-       Handle sensitive or confidential information;

-       At least 1 year of experience working in the KYC/AML area;

-       Understanding of local law, KYC and AML practices;

-       Hands-on experience checking legal entities' documents & KYC questionnaires;

-       Higher education in law/economics/finance;

-       Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (Russian or additional language would be a plus);

-       Knowledge of Lithuanian and European regulations related AML/CTF;

-       Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

-       Ability to comfortably handle change and work in a fast-paced environment;

-       High sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
