Your key areas of responsibility will be: 

• Assist in organizing and monitoring document management processes
• Support the implementation of document management systems and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve document-related challenges
• Participate in projects to improve document workflow and accessibility
• Assist with presentations, emails and other related communication tasks. 

• Are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field)
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have basic understanding of document management software and processes. 
• Have ability to work independently and in a team setting. 
• Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies and procedures. 
• Are proficient in English and Lithuanian. 

6 months Internship

• Will become a part of a team with years of experience in one of the largest energy group of companies in the Baltic region
