The Team/Product:

You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, and Developers. ERP team works with products such as systems: MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS NAV/LS Central.

What You'll Do

Participate in MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementation projects (perform analysis of business processes and design system solutions);
Clarification of the client's business needs in MS Dynamics NAV/BC financial management and accounting on warehouse, warehouse and inventory management issues and solutions;
Advising clients on how to optimize business processes, offering additional solutions;
Testing of design and development works;
Training of client employees how to use the MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central system;
Share experience and knowledge with colleagues.

Required Competencies

3+ years experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central;
Experience in finance and accounting and knowledge of accounting processes;
Experience working with MS Office;
Strong speaking/writing communication skills in Lithuanian and English, Russian would be an advantage;
Attention to details;
Ability to express complex information clearly and concisely;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial management, business administration, IT or related areas.

Nice to have:

Development and support of integrations with external systems (EDI, e-shops, assortment management systems, etc.).
