Nasdaq is now looking for a Technical Account Manager Expert to join our international team. This role will be based in Vilnius providing dedicated support to Nasdaq Market Technology Customers. The role implies technical hands-on activities with vast part of client-facing interactions.

The role entails responsibilities such as:

  • Serve as the main technical counterpart to client and overall expert on client solution, configuration & functionality
  • Improve client satisfaction by providing White Glove Service for premier clients according to the Support and Maintenance Agreement
  • Responsible for improving the customer experience through a more proactive and structured customer interaction
  • Work in a Client centric environment and advocate for the client with product engineering & project management teams
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
  • Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of IT Service Management and the companys service delivery capability
  • Own and coordinate client incidents and ensure that they are supervised, regularly updated, and resolved according to agreed resolution / response times
  • Be part of team that shapes the Client Success strategy to drive growth and elevate support satisfaction
  • This will be a hands-on role and where your deep technical knowledge of Nasdaq products/ technology will help and guide the client daily

Education and Professional Accomplishments:

  • Academic degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in Client Success, product management, Client management or similar role

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to work and manage high demanding customers in the financial space
  • Hands on experience with UNIX/LINUX, or a programming language
  • Familiarity with SaaS in a cloud (AWS) environment
  • Experience with working on various SaaS and AWS configurations
  • Strong leadership ability and proven track record on delivering a project from beginning to the end
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals/stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Good knowledge of capital markets and financial systems
  • Excellent skills in the Microsoft365 and Atlassian products
  • Excellent presentation and English communication skills, data-driven and able to present to diverse audience
