We're seeking a dynamic Retention Manager to join our team and drive long-term customer loyalty! If you're passionate about crafting innovative retention strategies and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Develop tailored retention strategies using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness across diverse customer segments.
Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless experiences from onboarding to renewal.
Utilize analytics tools to track behavior, identify patterns, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance customer loyalty through various channels.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimize retention strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retention-focused roles, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytic tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in mobile apps and/or e-commerce is a plus.
