Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in embedded software for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

Medical Division is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Team Leader. In this role, you will play an integral part in leading the team in their daily work with on boarding and ongoing continuous learning tasks, process documentation and etc.

In QuaDigi you will join our leadership community here locally and at the same time become a part of the larger international community within our company's group.

Work

Team leadership will include frequent communication with stakeholders as well as close support of current engineering team. You would also take part in technical discussions, so it would be great to have some sort of software development background or at least general IT projects management understanding, in order to speak "same language". It is also very important to encourage best engineering practices within the team - like peer reviews, keeping up with design and code development standards etc. For this position we are looking for a Team Lead who has prior experience working on a large-scale projects/team as well as:

Leading and developing teams with a people-focused approach.
Managing various requests of team members and handling them on a timely manner.
Supporting companys internal projects or guiding the team through changes.
Thriving in high complexity and having a proven ability to prioritize.
Managing different projects/activities at the same time.
Great communicator and has good problem-solving skills.
Possesses fluent English skills.
