• Be responsible for entering card service agreement data into systems and verifying it, so each merchant would get the proper solution they need for accepting card payments;
  
• Make background checks for our merchants and in case of online solutions check their webpage compatibility against our requirements;
• Solve operational issues that might come up during card payments and offer good aftersales experience;
  
• Co-operate and communicate with other internal units and service providers;
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quick and professional service.
  

What is needed in this role:

• Wish to learn and develop yourself in card payment solutions area and be the expert of your field;
• Orientation to solutions not problems and openness while communicating with counterparties;
• Knowledge and readiness to explain complex situations in a simple and logical way;
• Experience with tasks demanding detail and precision with good analytical thinking;
• Readiness to work in cross Baltic team by being a supportive team player but also comfortable working independently;
• Lithuanian and English language skills
