Are you passionate about the fund industry and custody?We are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst at Depositary Services.In this role you would:

• Perform depositary oversight activities for various types of funds (pension funds and investment funds);
• Perform control activities making sure funds comply with applicable regulations (fund documents, laws, UCITS and AIFMD directives, etc.);
• Deep-dive into fund industry, explore the way funds work and what types of investments they do;
• Create, enhance and implement control procedures for different types of funds and make sure that they comply with local laws and regulations;
• Develop oversight skills in all aspects of fund portfolio management e.g. asset valuation, NAV calculation, investment limits, cash and securities settlement related flows;
• Understand the world of custody, securities operations and corporate actions;
• Work alongside with other professionals in Securities Services working on different layers of the fund services and custody area to make sure our clients financial instruments are properly safekept and administered.

What is needed in this role:

• University degree in economics, legal or finance;
• Keen interest in financial markets and investments funds industry;
• Experience within the Depositary Services or within Custody, or Funds management industry;
• An understanding of the EU regulations and Lithuanian laws regarding the fund industry (UCITS, AIFMD);
• Good analytical and calculation skills, attentiveness and accuracy;
• Advanced skills in MS Excel;
• Good communication skills, fluent command of English;
• Strong result orientation, exceptional self-drive and strive for excellence.
