In the role of Product Owner for the Performance Engineering C4E team, you'll be leading Swedbank's transformation vision in this area. Together with your team you will not only lead the way in modernizing Performance Engineering practices across the bank, but you will also be the driving force behind implementing & promoting DevOps & SRE practices.

What is needed in this role:

• Having a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, or a great reason for not having one
  
• You have a strong vision in building Performance Engineering Centre for Enablement for the bank.
  
• Deep understanding or experience with Performance testing complexity, Performance test approaches and transition from end-to-end test to microservices world.
  
• You have experience in Kubernetes.
  
• Team or task leader in process of troubleshooting and problem-solving performance issues in complex IT systems.
  
• You bring experience working with the software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
  
• You are creative and daring to experiment & establish new processes & capabilities.
  
• You have strong presentation & analytical skills.
