About the role:

Act professionally and be responsible to ensure that all tasks are taken care of
Continuously assess and initiate improvements and changes to systems and processes, with a constant focus on risk mitigation
Take part in process reviews and projects
Administer scripts and other automated solutions, ensure they have documentation
Create automated solutions from initiation to completion
Provide on the job feedbacks
Share knowledge and train colleagues
Provide on the job feedback to the team members
Execute tasks as assigned by the Manager
Comply with Intrum written policies and guidelines
Comply with all relevant data protection regulations
Support and empower fellow team members to maximize their potential and contributions

About you:

Fluency in both written and spoken English
Practical knowledge of Python, MS Power Automate or similar software used for process automation
Capability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities
Ability to design and implement scalable automation frameworks
Good understanding of Agile project management framework, experience in Jira/Confluence tools.
Foundational understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and process mapping
Ability to communicate problems/issues to right person in a timely manner
Ability to solve process related problems/issues
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to notice potential issues quickly
Ability to learn quickly and proactively train others
Integrity and ability to work in team, cooperate with others
Ability to work under limited supervision or individually

Advantages if you have:

Knowledge of database management systems and data manipulation techniques
Familiarity with APIs and web services for integration purposes

Salary range:

From 1900 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
