Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking for an exciting opportunity in remote support? Join our team as a 2nd line remote support specialist and work with one of the biggest worldwide retailers in providing support for their e-commerce software.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide support during the testing of new releases, coordinate the deployment of the latest software, and research unknown issues/bugs to help improve the overall product.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide remote support for e-commerce software to one of the biggest worldwide retailer;

- Provide support during the testing of new releases;

- Coordinated deployment of latest released software;

- Research unknown issues/bugs and report back to the development team.

Required Competencies:

- Windows OS administration skills;

- MSSQL administration skills;

- IT Networking skills;

- Analytical thinking;

- Research skills;

- Fluent English;

- Linux OS administration skills would be an advantage.
