Summary:
As the Senior Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for developing methods to help operationalize Dexcoms privacy program as we grow and expand our geographic footprint. You will develop methods to measure progress of the legal privacy team, determine privacy initiative success, and identify gaps or areas for improvement. You will also assist with monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of the data privacy program, monitoring enterprise compliance with privacy laws and regulations, and assisting with review of enterprise data privacy policies and procedures, while applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
About the Role:
- Drive implementation of high impact projects designed to operationalize privacy commitments that scale efficiency.
- Partner closely with business teams on data protection related matters, emphasizing the importance of privacy while delivering practical business advise on how to comply with consent requirements, cookie compliance, and marketing efforts.
- Support the organizations response to individual rights requests like access, deletion, and amendment.
- Field questions from internal staff concerning privacy matters such as data classification and acceptable uses of personal data.
- Prioritize inquiries from key stakeholders and assist with project-specific tasks and reporting.
- Create and maintain resources that support privacy team objectives, including reporting for senior stakeholders and internal SharePoint sites.
- Prepare resources to support privacy compliance including FAQs and other informational materials; conduct privacy-related training and addressing questions on privacy compliance.
- Evaluate impact of US and international legislative, regulatory, and industry developments involving privacy and security on global business.
About You:
- 3- 5 years related experience in similar role.
- Experience in leading/driving projects would be an advantage.
- Strong English language skills. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work and act independently.
- Privacy certification (CIPP/EU, CIPT, or CIPM) or willingness to obtain in 6 months would be preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in EU privacy law would be preferred.
- Experience with privacy rights management and enterprise data governance software would be preferred.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,102.50 to €3,650.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
