What You Will Do:

• Supporting the Chief Operating Office division in managing multiple departments within the division
• Participating in Executive meetings
• Preparing briefing decks
• Organizing and facilitating workshops
• Supporting the delivery of specific strategic initiatives (Regulatory & Transformational)
• Contributing to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
• Substituting your team members
• Performing other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager

What We Expect:

• Higher education and background in Business Administration, Engineering, or Cyber Security
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to adapt and work in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to prioritize and structure own work schedule
• Ability to take initiative and communicate well
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
