Currently, we are inviting an Office Manager to join our friendly team in Vilnius. - Incoming and outgoing mail administration
- Receiving guests and clients from Lithuania and abroad, serving coffee, pleasant communication providing information
- Managing telephone calls and information flow
- Ensuring common office arrangements, ordering and managing necessary goods and services
- Conference hall preparation for meetings and gatherings

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of laws of the Republic of Lithuania related to labour functions
- English language proficiency
- Clerical skills
- Interpersonal competencies and the ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage a large flow of information
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to distribute daily works in order of priority
OUR OFFER
Salary:
Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 11 Eur/val. (~1680 Eur 1850 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience with the option to get bonuses. *
*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
