THE HEAD OF LEGAL WILL

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to senior management on a broad range of legal issues, including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and policies, including aircraft wet leases, charter service agreements, IATA SGHAs, and collaborative partnerships.
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring best outcomes for the company.
Stay informed of relevant aviation laws, regulations, and industry developments at the national and international levels to ensure compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with external legal counsel when required, representing the best company's interests.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to promote legal compliance and provide legal counsel on policy matters, offering insight into industry trends and best practices.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Contribute to the preparation of thoroughly crafted legal documents for board meetings and other corporate affairs.

YOU ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE

Higher education law degree Common Law and/or Continental law.
English law degree (Common Law) (would be considered as an advantage).
Experience in aviation or transport industry (would be considered as an advantage).
Experience of minimum 5 years.
Fluency in English language (written and spoken).
Knowledge of the provisions and principles of labor relations and Code of Civil Procedure.
Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement.
