Job description
- Planning, coordination and supervising of Engineering Department work (ca 10 people)
- Responsible for timely project technological preparation and follow-up (BOM, workshop drawings, fabrication methods and route cards)
- Assures that Customer technical requirements are well defined and integrated into the project
- Participation in technical meetings with the Customer at tendering stage and during project execution
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any challenges faced by production team
- Collaboration with production, quality, project managements, sales departments and sub-contractors
- Streamlines and improves processes for cost-saving and optimization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of similar experience in fabrication of large-sized metal structures (as manager, senior/lead technologist or product engineer), previous experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, Renewables, Large industrial projects will be an advantage;
- Higher technical education (Marine engineer, Mechanical engineer, Mechatronics);
- Fluent in English (main working language), Russian is an advantage but not a must.
