What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be instrumental in our growth story by:

Managing Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with our international team to identify and attract top talent.
Talent Pool Building and Networks: Proactively build and maintain talent pools and networks to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future needs.
Employer Brand Activities: Engage in activities to enhance our employer brand, showcasing Outokumpu's unique attributes and contributing to a positive image in the talent market.

About You:

Hands-on and Proactive: Your hands-on recruitment experience and proactive problem-solving approach are key attributes we value.
Networks Builder: Demonstrate the ability to actively build talent pools by cultivating relationships and networks for future needs.
Proactive Problem-Solver: Take the lead in identifying and attracting potential candidates with a proactive mindset, aligning with our commitment to change and success.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian is essential.
