This paid one-year commitment focuses on your development, providing you with hands-on experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including the IT & Software Engineering track, Data Science, Engineering and Risk Track, Business Analytics Track, and the Quantitative Analytics Track. Choose the track that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In IT & Software Engineering Track, we are looking for Back-End, Front-End, Full-Stack Software Engineers, DevOps, Quality Assurance specialists and IT specialists. If you are interested in other tracks, explore them here: danskebank.lt/futurepros

Whats next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the end of May, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers.

The expected starting date is between June and July 2024.

We offer a monthly salary of 1750 EUR gross with a flexible schedule, monthly meetups and community events for personal and professional development.

You will:

  • Join one of the <FuturePros> IT & Software Engineering Track teams across Danske Bank Lithuania as a Back-end, Front-End, Full-Stack, DevOps Engineer or QA specialist
  • Work with a wide range of technological projects and, depending on the team, apply .NET, C#, Java, SQL, Python, React.js, Angular, Typescript, AWS skills
  • If you opt to become a Back-End engineer, you will use technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL in your daily work
  • If you decide to become a Front-End engineer, you will use JavaScript (React.js, Angular) and Typescript in your daily work
  • If you choose to become a Full-Stack engineer, you will use .NET, C#, and React.js in your daily work
  • If you decide to become a DevOps engineer, you will learn a wide range of DevOps skills while building Infrastructure, CI/CD, and various automations on Public Cloud in AWS
  • If you opt to become a QA engineer, you will learn manual testing using Typescript
  • If you decide to become an IT specialist, you will learn to troubleshoot incidents, provide application support, and manage problems
  • Team up with your leader, senior colleagues, and former <FuturePros> participants to accelerate your growth
  • In case of great performance, be offered a contract extension or a permanent position to join Danske Bank as an associate

About you:

  • You are an open minded, curious graduate, a reskilled specialist or a student in IT, Computer Science or related fields
  • Have the knowledge foundations for the chosen profile obtained in your higher education institution, coding school or individual studies
  • Have an understanding of OOP and DDD
  • Coding, analytical thinking and problem-solving are your strengths
  • Have a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English for daily communication in the international teams
